What if a band plays every week?
Put them on a subscription. Their block sits in the calendar automatically, months ahead, and you handle the monthly fee outside the system.
Can bands rent gear as well?
Yes. Extras like an amp or drum kit belong to a room, with their own price. Bands pick them while booking.
